We chose porcelain because fired clay is the oldest memorial material there is, and we make ours to deserve that history. Each vessel is cast thick-walled and fired until the body is vitrified and dense as glass: it will not stain, fade, warp or weather, and the color is fired into the surface rather than applied over it. A fitted lid with a soft gasket closes with a gentle press, no threads to seize.
